Good product This is the 3rd Hitachi that I have purchased over many years. Over time, the power cord on the previous 2 became frayed at the point of entry into the bottom of the wand and eventually “sparked” out. Still a good choice although I have found that the most recent versions do not seem to be as powerful. That, plus the issue with the power cord are the reasons for the 4 star rather than 5 star rating.
Waste of money! My hope’s were dashed! Junk! Worked once. Now it sounds like a BUMBLE BEE WITHOUT THE STING!!! ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH!
