The machine give a great message and the compression feel good If you are on the fence about buying this massager, go ahead and do it. They somehow managed to make it feel like there’s people hands in there giving you a deep massage, squeezing your feet like a strong old man in a Chinese massage place. I overdid it the first day with three session in the highest setting and my feet got sore. That’s all on me though, they say no more than two sessions a day and to start at lowest setting. Awesome buy Love this thing. I am in healthcare and work 12.5 hours 4 days in a row. Was looking for something to take some of the stress off my feet at the end of the day but hate those “foot spas” that have to be filled with water and make a huge mess. I leave this little guy plugged in in front of my couch where I relax for a few minutes at the end of the day and slip my feet in for a nice warm massage.
