Perfect for strengthening pelvic floor Length:: 0:28 Mins I got these kegel balls to try some exercises to help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles to improve incontinence and other issues resulting from multiple pregnancies. It works perfectly. I strongly recommend for the purpose it is for. Only dislike is: It is a little loud. You can hear the vibrations outside the body. So be careful around others.

Nice These are my first kegel balls. They are slightly different than what I imagined since I thought kegel balls are suppose to heavier. The silicone is smooth and feels quite nice, it feels similar to a lot of silicone toys. The usb charger is also the same as most silicone toys. It is easy to use and does not irritate at all.
