Used 1 time… splits After the 1st use, it partially split on a mold line.. perhaps poor construction? It appears to be a heavier duty material but with the mold lines it looks like a weak point. Not going to buy again, recommend you do not.

Width of band is the key. I’ve had ED problems for quite some time and experimented with a variety of cock rings unsuccessfully. I still had trouble maintaining an erection. I have plenty of blood flow to the area, but problem with retention – which the literature calls “venous leakage.” Yet pinching the base of my penis would work. What was the difference between the rings and my fingers? I finally realized it was the thickness (width of the band). This ring, and one other I will review, were the winners…

Yes, it does have a seam. Not bad. Lasted 6 months before splitting at the seam that the product description claims it doesn’t have. Easy to use and clean. Very comfortable. Will order again.
