Good Product – Great Service! I have owned this for 1 month and 2 days. The heat indicator light on the controller no longer works. The heat works, but you do not know if it is on or off because the light does not function. I have given this a 3-star rating and I will upgrade my rating if Polar Rock responds satisfactorily. If they fail to respond positively by supplying a new unit then I will lower my rating to 1 Star.Revised to 5 Star! Customer support was responsive, thoughtful and generous.

Easy to Use and Very effective I got this for my dad because he says he always have back pains. After using it for a week, he feels a lot better. This product has easy to use features and they are very effective. It has 3 modes or you can just function just one part of the seat. Really Nice IMO.
