The speed is adjustable and I like the stroke length.Really my only qualm is that it’s a little loud on the high setting and it slides around a lot, so it’s really best to use in missionary with your feet on top of it, or if you wanna put it up against the bed frame or wall or something. I need a toolbox for my Toolbox. I was excited for an affordable machine, however, this was useless right out of the box. The motor made a loud buzzing noise and refused to turn. Don’t waste your money on this.
