I was so looking for to relief….. I received the product in a timely manner, had it delivered to me at work. That is where I would be using it the most. I unwrap the product and just to test it quickly, I read the instructions and had it around my neck. I squeezed maybe 3 times. Mind you I had on a loose turtle neck so no skin friction.
