Neck massage with heat My husband works in construction & always has a sore neck & back. I’ve tried a lot of other rolling massagers and they either dont stay in place or arent strong enough. This uses your arms as leverage to give the rollers firm pressure. That, combined with the heat really helps sore muscles.
A good massager Helps to relax muscles, works fine on back muscles. Only thing is u have to hold ends, when u use this massager. I wish it had some Velcro so you don’t have to hold, otherwise its a really helpful product.
