Only average After reading reviews of the medium sized model, I opted for the large. It is nicely shaped and slides in well. But that is also the problem with this unit. It slides out as well.The vibrator is powerful, but the shape does not seem to reach the right spot.However, the units tendency to slide out, means that you need to use your hands to hold the toy in place. The loop of rubber is too fragile since I was relying on it to hold a makeshift harness. It does want to slip out but a simple harness fixed that. other than that, best toy I ever used!!!!
