A powerful companion at my work I wanted the or something like that, but they are a little pricey. So I settled for this. For the neck and upper back, this one does the job just as well. Who doesn’t love massagers? AND excellent customer service??? I am editing this review on April 30th, as the customer service at this seller is excellent. They were very helpful, and I think that if anyone has a question about which massager is best for their situation, I think if you contact them, they will be very helpful. (my only advice beyond that is to keep track of the instructions for each individual massager, as they all operate by pushing the buttons differently. Instructions are on small piece of paper, so they would be easy to misplace)…
Very intense This was way too strong for me. Made my neck hurt worse and hubby said it was painfully intense on his back.
