BY FAR THE BEST DEVICE OF ITS KIND OFFERED! The suction is like no other. I purchased this for entertainment purposes. It is by far a far superior device to any other of it’s kind. I’ve purchased two inferior devises from typical adult entertainment companies in the 50-70 dollar range and within a week or two, both stopped working. The two things that would make this device better is a multi-speed upgrade. But this is sold as a medical device so I understand. Even with the one speed the tube is filled very fast. it really is awesome…

I’ve had better pumps. It’s difficult to get it to really … I’ve had better pumps. It’s difficult to get it to really increase high pressure before it leaks around the base.I do love the power pump after years of a Dr. Kaplan hand pump.Just wish is sealed tighter for those supper high pressure sessions.
